The most tender cut of all steaks. Chef's suggestion: Top it with
Gorgonzola for a couple bucks more.

16 oz. Ribeye
Our hand cut ribeye well marbled for robust meaty flavor.

12 oz. Chopped Steak
Topped with saute'ed onions. Excellent "Low Carb" choice.

20-22 oz. Bone in Ribeye
Our well marbled ribeye with the added flavor of grilling it with the
bone.   

Twin Pork Chops
Two large center cut chops grilled to perfection OR lightly breaded
and deep fried to seal in all the juices. For those with a lighter
appetite, get one chop with all the sides.

10 oz. Smothered Steak
10 oz. ribeye smothered in mushrooms, onion and cheese. Try 10 oz.
Chicken Instead.

Steak Sandwich
Our hand cut black Angus steak, served open faced with grilled
mushrooms and onions.
