can add your item to the appropriate category in our eBay Store for 30-days or BOTH.
Whether you want to sell your item fast or sell it slow hoping for a higher price we
can design a program for you. If your item is a Motorcycle, Truck or Automobile you can

Auction Listing (Initial Fee $20)
We design a 7 day listing and you set the opening bid price or the "Buy It Now" price
(protect your investment).

eBay Store Listing (Initial Fee $20)
We design a eBay Store Listing and you set the "Buy It Now" price (protect your
investment).
ONE FREE Photo with your listing (additional photos available at $0.25/each). The item
will remain in our eBay store for 30 days.
What if your item sells?
TheAtticandCloset.com charges the follow commission:
25% of sale price on first $500 (up to $125).
$125 + 15% of sale price over $500
We offer special quotes for items estimated to sell at more than $5,000.
What if your item doesn't sell?
TheAtticandCloset.com can:
Relist it at our eBay Store ($2.00 for each 30 day listing period).
You can pick it up within 30 days, or
We can donate it to charity for you.
We want the buyer of your merchandise to be happy with their purchase. Because of this,
we accept returns from the buyer for up to 10 days if the buyer feels the item was
misrepresented. That said, if the item is listed with all the relevant facts and any flaws or
defects are disclosed, we do not anticipate many returns. Items left for more than 30-days
will be considered abandoned and we will donate the item to charity.
